I have often wondered how the Sport trains its Race Controllers and what it does to make sure available expertise is both pooled and shared between Organisations and countries, and then passed on to the next generations.

Steven van Breemen collaborated on a 'race controller's manual' some time ago. He has now made it available at the following link:
