In Egg!!! (Newbie)

Know nothing about pigeons but have seen this bird in garden for last few days.

Looks healthy and has a red racing ring on right leg.  The above number is on a green band on left leg.  Happily eating my wild bird seed.

Is there anything I should do.  

ps. bird is not catchable!
