I have had very good service from Amtrack on occasion i have had more bad experiences though.

I commented on a driver i actually tipped for his customer service, if they were all like him i would not hesitate to use Amtrack

I prefer now to use AM Deliveries as not only is it cheaper they really go out of there way to help as best they can and also if and when possible will deliver same day.

never had a bad thing to say about them might be different if they lost some birds but i would think if a proper survey was done they get it right 95% of the time as for customer service cant ans. for them but i bet if they started to pay compo every bird was bought for over £200

right every town has a fancier or more than one i said i would pick up any bird in gwent and deliver up to carmarthen if we set up a net work of fanciers who will cover there area or meet on borders we can cover wales england scotland free of charge because we all pay to get birds back one way or other roger phothom flyer covers a wide area and does afirst class job also he is a fancier but will still get loads of work 3000 plus on this site lets do it for ourselfs peter bryant will print list of phone numbers of fanciers on list and print in bhw you can make donation to petrol costs if you so wish  but you will gain when one of youers is reported  any other thoughts

I have txt and e-mailed him without response, shame as seemed to be good!
