but they might not be legitimate - there are loads of fake rings on e-bay - with fake ring cards to match

no vaccination certificate - no racing the birds - end of - thats the rule

robbie1 you are right the owner of the ring sold it on ebay he has just emailed me to say he sold the rings on ebay and will try to let me now who had them

Ive been in touch with the rpra today and they have no record of this bird or the ring they will look in to it and get back in touch with me

still no one can tell me who this bird belongs to ive just got off the phone after having yet another long talk with the rpra and they say this bird is not registered with them so i may have to put an add in the homing world and any cost to find out who this bird belongs to will be charged to the owner
