ur right there is probably an e bay ring there is a bloke in my club that has only got foreign rings he has austria china peru italy u name it hes got them wouldnt surprise me if it is his bloody silly i think

I'm not sure he can race them with all those on! Think the RPRA only accept certain rings.

hes had them all  transferd he got all ring cards with them he didnt have no club rings just them stupid ones hes a pigeon keeper not a racer got bout 180 pigeons and only sent to one old bird race he sent 30 and only got 10 home and they was all silly foreign ringed birds hes crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!

they normally sell them with the ring card, but the ring cards then need to be sent to the RPRA who will register them and stamp them. Any with unstamped ring cards can not be raced!

hes from ramsgate kent in thanet cosmo club ring rpra first to see if its registerd to him they keep a foreign list of all thats been registerd

RPRA rules must be different from the NEHU
In the NEHU you also have to provide a copy of the vaccination certificate from the country of origin of the ring - or you cannot race the bird
