Well done Bob
Cheers Ian
Well done Bob a shining example to all a great pigeon fancier and a great man.
All the best,
Paul.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
Timed in this morning and just glad to see him back.Badly hawked but should survive to fight another day.Just back from the clock station and it would appear about 10% have made it home but we have not heard much from the East & North confirming numbers. Congratulations to all who have timed and in particular Ritchie & White who is the only time we have heard from in the North Sect. Good luck to all in the Last Race of the Season with the Greatest Club (S.N.F.C.) in the Land and hope Falaise on the 18th July 2008 has better returns.
Well done Bob Whyte, hope he wins the section it would be great in his last season. Some fantastic pigeons have been timed by Bob and his late partner George Ritchie, 2 of the best distance fanciers Scotland has produced.
well is that it 17 birds from tour's disaster or what ! Falaise could put a finish to the National as we know it, and as for the snrpc they are all but done but don't want to alarm the members, also as they can't find a result 10-13- birds home they think! surly now they must find out why these birds are not homing, are the birds of this era not as good as the old strains where. 500 birds missing this week 200 last week, 400 club birds the week before that and the week after that another 300 missing 1,500 within a month and no one is bothering because they got one, on one of those race days but should you ask got mine all up.
how can these convoyers expect birds to come through 400 miles at least in terrible conditions p*ss--g down with rain where do they get there line of flight from i know we get some bad races in the up north combine but not half as many as you guys up there my heart bleads for you and the pigeons.you put all the effort in getting the pigeons in the right conditions for these long races and a click of the fingers all gone,an absolute disgrace some one has to be sacked or there will be no more pigeons left in scotland to fly, what can i say to all you lads to make it any better-------------impossible all i can say is good look lads billy

not doubting it was a bad race but where did you get 17 birds from the lib line ? wait till the results come out then you will see how many made it home in race time but you will never know how many made it home out with race time
