Timed at 16.22 4/6 with our Gold Cup pigeon at 18.44.It appears that the National Doos got a better go than the Lanarkshire Fed as on speaking to our club secretary this morning returns are well below 50% with a few not timing in.

Got 3/6 home, just back from clock station, a lot of poor returns, if you have 50% you are classed as being lucky

Now 4/6 home

Bill Pirie's loft is about 50 yards from ours, his birds have been flying out of their skin all season and his performance on Satutrday was simply awesome, he sent 20 and they steamrolled in, all home but teatime, a cracking pigeon and an equally cracking loft performance.

Rooting for him that he clinches it
