Just down from the loft still only got 3\12 timed at 3.09, 3.42, 3.58. and not a thing since. First bird in great condition but the next 2 were down for a drink as they had mud over the rings. P McGowan & son last years setion winner in at 3.01. Well done Peter & Jamie.

NOT AT THE RACES TIMED 17.34 & 17.39 SENT FIVE IF I GET MY YEARLING HOME BE QUITE HAPPY FOR THE BIRD NOT FOR THE RACE IN GENERAL
TIME FOR A CHANGE

I REMEMBER I PAID A VISIT TO A FANCIERS LOFT  HE WAS FINISHING UP HIS LOFT WAS FULL OF FED TICKETS AS WE WERE LEAVING THIS BIRD HIT THE LOFT I OFFERD TO BUY THE PIGEON BUT IT HAD BEEN SOLD TO A LOCAL FANCIER I ASKED WHAT BREED THE PIGEON WAS HE TOLD ME IT WAS A NEW LINE HE HAD BOUGHT FROM LOUELLA  I THE ASKED THE QUESTION WHY ARE YOU BUYING THESE IN WHEN YOUR LOFT IS FULL OF FED TICKETS HE TOLD ME HIS BIRDS ARE NOW JUST HOMING THEY ARE NOT RACING THE FIRE IS OUT THEIR BELLY A LESSON TO BE LEARNED
THE BIRD WAS A VERHEYE I HAD A LOT OF SUCESS WTH THEM FROM 50 TO 500 MILES YOU NEVER HERE OF THEM NOW
