i  might /will be wrong about this but what is the problem?,if they are coming well from training,and you have had no losses,then why get rid of them?,if they are arriving back in good time from training,then wherever they are going for 7/8 hours it is not distracting them from the important part of this, getting home as fast as possible,for what it is worth clean feet or not, they are Fielding and the only problem you have might have will be a farmer slotting one of them, Patience and perseverance,the two things most of us have very little of!!!
