Speight,
Some good photos mate, how many pigeons were liberated, and who was the the overall winner on the day, what distance was the winner flying to the loft from the lib point.

These are great but mebbe you wouldn't like a liberation live ..have been to two or three ...and EVERY TIME two or three Birds copped it from the lowest bays on the Transporter i.e. 3, dead 2, dead and one YB 5 dead. One occasion Birds put in Trading estate Bin ...if they were my Birds i would want to know ...but I was only watching from a distance. Even the above shows how far the bottom tier is pushed down in a panic on LIB |

Have seen libs all over the country, must have seen 60 plus libs and have never seen any birds killed at the site.
that is not to say it never happens we must ave been lucky. What can be done about it, i do not know there will alway have to be crates at the bottom and it can appear to be a disadvantage if your birds are on the bottom row.
might be that every club has to take it in turns having there birds on the bottom. IAN

or i must have been unlucky ...dont know what you can do phased lib, bottom up ? is that fair ...especially on short races. Point is that you may have been waiting on those 2 or 3 ...every chance they came from same club or even same fancier. I'll bet some one has devised something |
