Have had a look but do not recognise the ring number,asked him to double check.If its correct then it is probably a personal ring.

Ring is not an NPA issued ring nor is it from one of the flying clubs so I cannot see Tracey Edwards being able to help.Tracey is the secretary of the NPA not the manager.The only way to trace the owner is to hope that the manufacturer of these private rings keep records of their customers.
